Students from Years 5-8 are able to present a workshop to their peers on an interest, skill or passion that they have.
The student will prepare the workshop and deliver it once during the day to other students.
They will also have opportunities to attend two further workshops presented by other students.
The day will open with a keynote speaker, a local young person who has self-drive and motivation to inspire the students to take their passions and follow them. There will be a second keynote speaker after lunch.
Connecting is important for sharing ideas and connection with others is where ideas come to life. The conference aims to have learners share knowledge and inspiration with other learners to achieve deeper understandings, foster creative thinking and promote strengths and ideas. Ideas are only important if you share them with others!
