Due to tutor availability, we would like to advise that this course will now be held on Saturday, Sunday 26, 27 September
Wouldn’t you like to have the skills and knowledge to fix that dripping tap at home, the running toilet cistern or mend that hole in the wall? Our experienced tutor can answer all of your questions and teach you many new skills, including simple car maintenance and power tool use. Numbers are limited for this course.

Venue: REAP House, 340 Queens Street, Masterton and another venue ( in Masterton)to be communicated before the course

Course Tutor(s): Mark Shepherd is a local Featherston man, who runs his own business, gives a lot of time to community projects and has amazing skills and knowledge of all things related to home maintenance.
Purpose of the Course: To teach people basic skills for home maintenance by demonstration and to answer their individual questions about any aspect of maintenance within the garden fence.
- Participants will learn about…
- On Saturday, at REAP House, Mark will cover car maintenance and power tools and any skills he can introduce and demonstrate in this space
- On Sunday, at an address to be decided, Mark will demonstrate things such as accessing the water toby to turn off water at the street, demonstrate things such as fixing a dripping tap, a leaking toilet cistern, electrical issue ( minor and in the fuse box), mending holes in walls, etc
Other Information: Mark is very knowledgeable about all things to do with vehicle, motor mower, house and garden maintenance. He is open to any questions. Even a photo of your problem might be helpful.
Pre-requisites (if any): None
Participants Might Provide: A car if you have one. Power tools if you have them. Questions about your issues with home maintenance.
REAP May Provide on request (if any): REAP will provide afternoon tea. ?
