A small snippet of the topics covered during this hands-on workshop. Designed for women to grow skills and confidence to carry out small jobs around the home and under the car bonnet. Our experienced tutor can answer all of your questions.

Course Information for DIY Skills workshop (MASTERTON)
Course Tutor: Mark Shepherd. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable about all things maintenance , so is able to answer any questions, and encourages learners to ask.
Purpose of the Course: To grow participants skills and knowledge to be able to carry out small jobs around the home, helping them to maintain and run their home efficiently. To enable participants to feel confident able to carry out basic maintenance and repairs on their cars to prevent them breaking down.
Other Information: If learners have a car and power tools, bring them along. Learners are encouraged to bring questions or photos of problems at home.
Pre-requisites (if any): Nil.
Participants Must Provide: BYO Lunch. Morning and afternoon tea provided.
