Topics covered with Libby will include:
Develop your mentoring skills (such as observation & feedback and professional learning conversations)
Check you are on track with your PCT’s/OTT’s requirements for full certification Share mentoring experiences, systems for documenting I&M programmes and evidence of meeting the Teacher Standards
Problem solve mentoring concerns and issues
Review your I&M programme
Create a network of Mentors who can support each other throughout the year
