Pahiatua Computer Classes (10-weeks)

Do you need help using your home computer, or are you wanting to upskill your computer knowledge?  Then this class is for you.  Tutor, Penny Deys, will support you on your journey to become a confident navigator of the digital world.  

Beginners are very welcome.

Dates:           Wednesdays, 4 May – 6 July 2022 (10-weeks)
Times:           #38449 –  AM: 10:00am – 12:30pm 
                        #38050 –  Afternoon: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
                        #38051 –  PM: 6:00pm – 8:00pm 
Cost:             Standard $20 / or $10  with Community Services Card or Gold Card

Course Information for Pahiatua Computer Classes 

Tutor:  Penny Deys

Purpose of the Course: This course is designed to help people learn new skills to operate their digital devices, become confident using their computers at home, and safely navigate the online world.

Learners receive support and guidance to work through various course modules which include: computer basics, email, internet security and safety, Windows, Google, digital photos and editing basics, intro to social media and Microsoft office suite.

Pre-requisites (if any):  n/a

Participants May Provide:  Please bring your own digital device if you have one.

REAP May Provide on request (if any):  Chromebook to use in class – please let tutor know if device is required.
