Conditions of Enrolment

Conditions of Enrolment for REAP and REAP Plus courses.

1. Fees must be paid before the course begins.
2. You will contacted to confirm your place on the course. Until your place is confirmed, you are not registered.
3. If the learner withdraws from a course 10 days or more before a course is due to take place, a full refund will be made.
4. If the learner withdraws between 9 and 5 days before a course takes place a refund of 50% will be made.
5. If the learner withdraws between 4 and 2 days before the course takes place, a refund of 25% will be made.
6. If the learner withdraws less than 2 days before the course or does not turn up for the course, no refund will be made.
7. Where personal circumstances warrant (e.g. family bereavement, injury), these conditions may be waived by REAP staff on compassionate grounds.

NSN Access
The learner gives permission for REAP Wairarapa to access their National Student Number (NSN) for eligibility and reporting purposes.

Use of Photos and Video
The learner gives permission for REAP Wairarapa to use photos or video taken during the course for social media, promotional materials, or publications.
If a learner does not want their photo or image used, they must notify their tutor.

REAP Wairarapa is always careful and considerate when using photos or images in any public space.
