



Heartland Services Martinborough is a free, friendly and confidential service where people in Martinborough and the rural South Wairarapa can easily connect with a wide range of services kanohi ki te kanohi – face to face.
Rather than travelling long distances or navigating multiple agencies on your own, Heartlands brings services and information together in one place.
Heartlands also supports local organisations by providing a neutral, accessible place to meet with community members and work together to respond to local needs.
At Heartland Services Martinborough, you can:
- Access free information, support, and referrals to a variety of government and community organisations (both local and national)
- Meet with service providers in person, in a respectful and confidential setting
- Get help filling out forms and scanning documents
- Use our public computer to access information
- Meet with friends old and new with our social groups and events
- Attend REAP Wairarapa Adult Community Education Courses
There are currently 40 Heartland Service Centres across Aotearoa, funded by the Ministry of Social Development (MSD). These spaces are rural community hubs that offer a wide range of information and free services. Heartland Services Martinborough is proud to be part of this national network.
